With the Winter LIGA starting up, it's time to go over the Week 2 headlines and recap of the games on Wednesday:
LIGA Headlines:
(1) -Regular Season Champs only team undefeated team left after two weeks
(2) BURKS looks to regain top status after a season hiatus
(3) Schedule will change after Week 3

LIGA Rankings (After Wk 2)
(1) MAKE UP SETS - 6-0
MAKE UP SETS looks to continue where they left off last regular season, which is on top. There's no doubt that they have dominated in the last two seasons. And with the 6-0 start it could be a dream finish for MAKE UP SETS. How far will the win streak go?
(2) RIDE MY PONY - 4-2
Formerly the MONEY team, now RIDE MY PONY has started fast and won their first two series of the winter LIGA season. With their big man back in tow, look for a deep run from RMP.
(3) BURKS - 4-2
Burks are back in the LIGA after taking a season off...And after a good 1st week, struggled in week 2, as they started fast but fell late. Still, with the talent and skill level, BURKS should be in the LIGA 4 once it's all said and done.
(4) NET LOVE - 2-1
NET LOVE came back and defended their title with a Tough Series win last week. The "LOVE" seems to be spreading around the squad, as they look very confident and feel like they could win the title again...Can they pull off a repeat championship?
(5) AVOID THE FALLOUT - 2-4
After a name change and a general management change, fallout has been a little bit off keel, losing their first two series of the new season. With most of the same players, look for ATF to rise up and make a run towards the upper portion of the LIGA. We've seen them do this before, and end up winning the league go so it will be interesting to see how week 3 goals for them.
(6) CONSTANT CHAOS - 2-4
CC as they are affectionately known, earned a big Series win last week and showed that they could be a contender when it's all said and done. This week will be interesting to see how they respond after having a good week.
(7) WEASELS - 1-2
The WEASELS are in the 7 spot merely because of just losing a tough opening series. They've only played one series while most teams have played two, so we won't really know what the weasels of 2016 look like until a few weeks into their season. They do have the potential to be a top team, that's for sure.
(8) CHILL N SERVE - 0-6
CNS unfortunately had to move to the Wednesday league Liga, after finally establishing themselves in the Thursday LIGA we go as a team to be reckoned with. Although they haven't won yet, they should be very competitive and should be able to rack up some wins throughout the season.
Schedule Note:
After week 3, the schedule could be change due to the fact that some teams play multiple teams twice this season. So what I need for each captain to do is to notify me which teams you play twice and in which weeks so that we can clarify this error and have everybody at least play different teams every week. With 8 teams, you will play one team twice.
If you play a team 3 times, let's find out and correct it.
