 Here's Thursday Week 2 Recap and Headlines of how it went down in the West Carrollton Volleyballiga:

Our team of the Week - TEAM CRIDGE
Can they be stopped? 

 TRIMBLE runs past BUMP SET HOES
 Team TRIMBLE was able to get a much needed sweep to move to 5-1 on the season. BUMP SET HOES fall to 1-5.


LIGHTNING continue winning ways
The Champs got a sweep over a BUMP SET PSYCH team who couldn't find the groove. The LIGHTNING move to 3-0 after opening their season in Week 2. BUMP SET falls to 1-5.

CRIDGE gets big win over CHILL N SERVE
Team CRIDGE is making waves as they completed a sweep over a tough CHILL N SERVE team. CRIDGE is sitting at 4-2 after a good week, while CNS falls to 2-4 after a good week 1.

HOME SCHOOLERS handle business in big matchup
The SCHOOLERS showed why the are all business in a sweep over SHANKAPOTOMOUS, as they continue to play rock solid ball. SCHOOLERS move to 5-1 while SHANKA falls to 2-4.

SET-SY gets back on track in tough series
  SET-SY, a semifinalist, was able to pull out a much needed sweep over FOREST BUMP. SET-SY now moves to 4-2 while BUMP falls to 1-5. BUMP is playing without one of it
star players, so they will have to manage for a few weeks.

LIGA STANDINGS (after Week 2)

 1- LAZY LIGHTING             3-0      Champs start at the top after sweep in Week 2
 2- SERVING UP A BUZZ     3-0     Former champs started out strong, sit in 2 spot
 3- TRIMBLE                          5-1     TRIMBLE looking to make major waves this season
 4- HOME SCHOOLERS        5-1     SCHOOLERS have looked like a team on a mission - as usual
 5- SET-SY & WE KNOW IT  4-2   SET-SY had a solid week, and moves up a couple spots

Week 2 Recap (Wednesday); Kicks of the Week

 Here is the Recap of Wednesdays Action in the indoor Volleyball circuit @ West Carrollton YMCA

Could this team (OFF CONSTANTLY)  take home the Title this spring?

Team FERTIG grabs first series win over Champs
    FERTIG was able to outlast ROBERTS squad 2-1 in a tough series. Both teams got on the W column for the season after tough season openers for both teams.

OFF CONSTANTLY handles biz, stays atop LIGA 
 OFF CONSTANTLY  shook off a key injury to win another big time battle as they defeated runner up TQL  in a tough series, 2-1.
 CONSTANT won the 1st game, with TQL evening it up on the 2nd, to force a rubber match.
 CONSTANTLY had a little more in the tank which fueled the victory.

WILKEN grabs 2nd consecutive series win
  Team WILKEN continued it's strong early play with a series win over team BRAND.  WILKEN  seem to have found their groove, and with a couple key additions, they have found themselves back at the top of the LIGA.

OFF CONSTANTLY     5-1   Constant holds top spot after big series win

WILKEN                        5-1   Wilken seems to be playing at championship level.

BRAND                          3-3   Brand lost series, but remains in top 3

TQL                                2-4   TQL has lost a couple of tough series early

FERTIG                          2-4   Fertig  wins its first series of the season last week

ROBERTS                      1-5   The Champs lost its 2nd series, but looked much tougher last week

Here's the Recap on Week 1 of the West Carrollton YMCA Volleyballliga

Team BRAND & TQL going at it in Week 1.

Wednesday Recap:

BRAND defeats  TQL (2-1) in semifinal rematch 
  Team Brand was able to get some revenge in the season opener, with a big win over TQL. The game had a playoff atmosphere to it, but team Brand was able to get the important points late and seemed more at ease in this big time game in week 1.


WILKEN grabs sweep over FERTIG 
Team WILKEN Got Back on a positive note early with a big sweep over teen fertig. Wilken, who won the Liga championship a year ago, will look to get back on the championship Trail this season.

OFF CONSTANTLY defeats Champs in Season Opener 
Off constantly was able to shut down the Champs after a incredible comeback win in the first game, and when a big Series against the Champs 2-1. Roberts seemingly took the foot off the pedal and cost themselves game one, and which could have cost them the seres.

With the West Carrollton Volleyball LIGA set to start next week, we still have  a few spots still available for team to signup.

 While Thursdays LEAGUE is filled, WEDNESDAY still has a couple spots available still for signup.
